The UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation
is dedicated to improving access to medical-related services for children who have medical needs that are not fully covered by their insurance. The Foundation provides grants for children (age 16 and younger) whose commercial health care plan does not cover or does not completely cover their medical services. Grant applications must be submitted online.
